This year the AAS meeting was in Washington, D.C. and was located within blocks of the Washington National Zoo. I took the opportunity to wander up there each morning to try to see the 6 month old baby panda! On my last day I finally saw him. Enjoy my zoo pictures!

Tai's father, Tian Tian, was having fun rolling around the tree...putting on quite the show. Everyone was concentrating on Tai and I think he got jealous! He would roll, then look up at the crowd, then roll, then look up. Here is his rolling sequence.
